Our accounting team is seeking a Accunting Specialist - Reconciliationsto join our growing team. This role will report to the Financial Operations Manager.
What you'll do:
- Perform Bank statement reconciliations.- Research outstanding entries to ensure items are cleared in a timely manner.- Prepare appropriate adjusting entries.- Perform scheduled and ad-hoc analysis.- Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation, and data.- Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work eƯectively in a team environment, along with being self-motivated, ability to work independently, multi tasking, and a high attention to detail.- Strong computer skills and solid experience in standard Microsoft products are essential, especially with Excel.- Batchelor's Degree in Accounting, or 5+ years of experience.- Demonstrable experience within an organization during its start-up and growth phases, executing through teamwork and collaboration.- Strengths include problem solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.- Outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with all levels within the organization in a collaborative manner.- Must be able to establish peer relationships and communicate eƯectively within cross-functional and external teams as well.

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location.
