Recording Specialist
: Job Details :

Essent Guaranty is in need of a Recording Specialist for a subsidiary of ours out of Coraopolis, PA.

The Recording Specialist will be responsible for reviewing executed recordings and loan documents for accuracy of execution, verify lender instructions were followed and that county signing requirement have been met.

Qualifications for the Recording Specialist:

Must Haves:

• Experience working with e-recording systems such as SimpliFile, CSC (Corporate Service Company) or EPN (eRecording Partners Network)
• Experience filling out and recording deed forms and balancing files
• Comfortable working both manually and automated
• National e-recording experience

Highly Preferred:

• Recording experience for the states of MD and VA
• Working with offshore teams
• Default experience

Responsibilities for the Recording Specialist:

• Review all executed recording documents for accuracy
• Resolve recording issues
• Submission of recording documents
