Job Description:
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Configure new data into the computerized maintenance system, Pentagon.
  • Audit and maintain trace and cycles in the system for all landing gear assemblies.
  • Audit and organize trace documentation for in-house and customer assets.
  • Audit and update time limited components.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of computer output reports against data input of maintenance documents processed daily.
  • Review customer RO's and trace documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Update work accomplished in the computerized tracking system.
  • Scan, manage and maintain technical and trace documents in the company database.
  • Always abide by all quality and safety procedures.
  • Maintain an organized workspace.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines.
  • May occasionally be required to work overtime including evenings or weekends as necessary.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of previous data entry experience.
  • High school diploma or an equivalent.
  • Proficient in the English language; writing, reading and speaking.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.
