We are seeking a skilled Records Manager with expertise in iManage's iRM module to join a prestigious law firm. This is a hybrid role requiring full-time availability. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in records management and a strong understanding of iManage systems, particularly the iRM module. Familiarity with other records management systems is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the firm's records management processes, with a focus on iManage's iRM module.
- Implement best practices for records organization, retrieval, and compliance.
- Maintain and optimize the iRM system to meet the firm's operational and regulatory needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient records lifecycle management.
- Train and support staff on effective use of the iRM module and related systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with iManage's iRM module is required.
