Responsibilities
  • Ensures all team members are logged in/off on dial pad as nocturnal recovery care coordinators and nocturnal recovery partners begin phone coverage.
  • Supports administrative tasks of the nocturnal recovery care coordinators or virtual care unit (VCU) recovery care coordinators.
  • Answers overflow incoming calls and alerts nocturnal recovery care coordinator of any patient need.
  • Answers acute care RN evening rounding calls and escalates to nocturnal recovery care coordinator if any changes in condition or clinical concerns are identified.
  • Completes ongoing audits of recovery partner documentation.
  • Provides administrative support for tracking ongoing care activities (vendor liaison, equipment pickup coordination and scheduling appointments).
  • Complies with policies, procedures and regulatory mandates.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified medical professional such as EMT or LPN. LPN/LVN will need state licensure across all non-compact licensing locations.
Preferred
  • Some college experience.
  • Bilingual (specifically fluent in Spanish).
