If you enjoy a team environment, this job is great for you!Responsibilities/Duties:Collecting outstanding debtSkip tracingNegotiating settlement and payment plansHandling customer inquiries and complaintsLocating assets for litigationLocating vehicles for repossessionDiscussing options available to customers with pending court actionMonitoring impounds and taking necessary action to secure collateralExperience you need to succeed:Strong negotiation skillsClear and effective speaking voiceStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent personal commitment and attendanceUnderstanding of post charge off accounts and collection lawsOther Requirements:Must submit to a background check
