Job DescriptionResponsibilities include initial and ongoing assessment, individualized recovery planning, and collaborative work with other providers and discharge planning. Ability to provide person centered individual, group and family interventions. Work with and engage an SMI population with multiple problemsencouraging wellness and recovery. Flexible, problem solving oriented.Additional RequirementsPrior work with the psychiatric, MI/MR, co-occurring or other disabled populations for a minimum of 1 year after receiving licensure.
