Northwest Center for Behavioral Health in Woodward is currently recruiting for Recovery Support Specialists to work in our 24/7 Outpatient office. Woodward Outpatient Clinic is extending its hours and will now be open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The goal is to eliminate barriers the community may face when trying to access mental health and substance abuse services. With this program, we will be able to provide in-person access to services clients normally access only during normal business hours.
About the Position: The Recovery Support Specialist serves as an advocate for, provides information to and gives peer support for consumers in an outpatient setting. This position also performs a wide range of tasks to assist consumers in regaining control of their lives and navigating the recovery processes. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics and interactions with all ODMHSAS stakeholders.

About Us: Northwest Center for Behavior Health in Woodward, OK is a community-based center with a primary focus on mental health and substance abuse treatment. The inpatient and outpatient services they provide include special groups and programs for adolescents, persons with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, seniors and older adults, women, men, and criminal justice groups.

THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
