DescriptionSpero Health is seeking a Recovery Support Specialist to join our awesome team in Morehead, KY!This position is for a Recovery Support Specialist (Case Manager) who supports the mission of Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships  in an integrated team withpatients receiving counseling, case management and medically assisted treatment. If you are looking for a career where you can make a difference in someone's life, Spero Health is the right place for you!The Recovery Support Specialist (Case Manager) responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Conduct a thorough assessment of the patient's needs, including arranging for specialized services, as neededDevelop and implement the treatment plan in collaboration with the patient, including but not limited to use of community resources, vocational training programs, and other needed servicesAdvocate on behalf of the patient for needed services and benefits.
