The Recovery Support Technician will support clients with a substance use disorder in the Washington County Diversion Programs by completing drug and alcohol tests with participants according to best practice standards and supporting other prosocial activities and community engagement.Location: 1626Clarence Court, West BendHours: Weekends- Saturday & Sunday 9:30-11:30am; additional opportunities for hours during the week up to 10 hours a weekSalary Range: $16-18 per hourBenefits:Work/Life BalanceCompetitive PayFlexible HoursMinimum Qualifications:High School DiplomaAbility to work within a team environment.Pre-employment criminal background check, employment background check and drug screening required.Preferred Qualifications:Certified Peer Support Specialist.Essential Functions:Performing observed drug and alcohol tests for participants.Closely work with the case management team to help meet program goals and objectives.Data entry into the electronic health system.Meet with and talk to participants to support their recovery goals.OUR MISSION: Elevate guides and empowers individuals, families and communities to effectively address substance use and mental health challenges.The mission and philosophy of Elevate requires this position to perform in both a professional and personable manner.
