NOW HIRING: Recreation Aide

9AM-4PM

Every other weekend or Every weekend

Recreation Aide Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in planning and organizing recreational activities for residents, including games, arts and crafts, music, and outings.

• Encourage resident participation in activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

• Provide one-on-one or small group sessions to residents who may require extra attention.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during activities.

• Help set up and clean up after events and activities.

• Collaborate with the team to assess resident needs and adjust programming accordingly.

Recreation Aide Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience working with elderly individuals, especially in a nursing home or long-term care setting, preferred.

• Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
