Chatham County Parks and Recreation needs a part-time Recreation Aide at the Frank G. Murray Community Center. If you meet the minimum qualifications, this is a great opportunity.Under the general supervision of a Recreation Leader and/or Supervisor, you* Assist in supervising organized group recreational activities and in special games and events, including filing registration forms for programs.* Utilize your customer service skills as you interact directly with the public by phone and in person.* May be placed in a retail setting accepting cash, checks, and/or credit card payments for merchandise and/or services.* Perform other duties as assigned.* High School Diploma or GED.* Must be able to understand and carry out written and oral instructions and write simple notations.* Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
