Located in Greater Boston, MassBay is a comprehensive, open-access community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will join a vibrant and inclusive educational community and have a desire and ability to work with a diverse population. This is a part-time, student employment position with no benefits. This student employee will serve as a customer service representative, staffing the front desk for the Recreation and Wellness Center on the Wellesley campus, and will have some duties in the Athletics Department.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Greet every student, staff, and faculty member that enters the RWC;
* Instruct RWC users on how to sign in and out;
* Assist in maintaining the equipment in RWC (wiping down machines, etc);
* File and organize documents;
* Assist students with questions that they may have.

Required Qualifications:
* A working experience in customer service;
* Good communication skills.

Salary Range: $19 per hour
