Recreation Attendant (Part time)

The Recreation Attendant monitors resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist in functions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification of residents' membership to the club facilities, and surrounding facilities at the community. This is a PART TIME role where flexibility, reliability, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor are required. Work hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10 - 3 Wednesday - 1-5 or 2-6 Duties include: Greet, assist, and respond to inquiries from homeowners, residents, and guests. Issue pool passes and parking passes as needed Walk and inspect the grounds; maintain order and cleanliness. Assist vendors and contractors. Receive packages, log and store packages, retrieve packages for homeowners. Provide administrative support. Monitor activity both within and outside the Clubhouse. Other duties as assigned.
