Overview
The Belgrove, an Autograph Collection Resort is looking for a Recreation Manager. This resort is part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, a leading hospitality company that offers career opportunities and has a steadfast commitment to putting people first. If you are an energetic passionate individual who loves creating memorable experiences for guests through engaging recreational programs then we want you!
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a diverse range of recreational programs and activities.
* Coordinates recreational programs on a day-to-day basis for all age groups. Programs will differ according to resort requirements and seasonal opportunities.
* Lead a team of recreation staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Plans, organizes and instructs specific classes, activities and events, including special events and holiday programs.
* Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and guest satisfaction.
* Manage the recreation budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
* Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in recreation management or supervisory role in a luxury resort.
* Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute engaging activities.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
* Organizational and time management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality, recreation, or a related field preferred.
* Multi-lingual a plus.
