To support employees in all stages of their wellness journey, we have a robust benefits program including: medical, dental, and vision coverage options, growth and development potential, along with 401-K, Life & Disability Insurance, PTO, Tuition Reimbursement, Health Fairs, Gym Membership Discounts, and so much more!POSITION SUMMARYThe Recruiter reports to the Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist and is a hybrid position (1-2x in office/week).This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting cycle for some of our manufacturing facilities.Note:We are looking for someone located near the Hendersonville, NC area (close to our NC facility) or someone located near the Seabrook, NJ area (close to our NJ facility).Primary Responsibilities include:Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms, and other sourcing methods.Build a strong relationship with hiring managers to understand the roles that are being recruited forComplete weekly and monthly staffing metricsCoordinate with a staffing agency on temporary roles and temp-to-perm positionsDevelop job advertisements and screen resumes/applications.Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedule interviews.Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Initiates onboarding plan for new hires.Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.Assist in the facilitation of orientation for new employees and perform exit interviews for employees leaving the organization.Assist with other HR duties when neededPerform other related duties as required and assignedEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEMinimum Required QualificationsBachelor degree in Business or 3 years of commensurate experienceExperience working in a fast-paced environmentProven organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetailed oriented and can multi-taskExcellent time management skillsAdditional Preferred QualificationsExperience in the food/beverage industry (if necessary)Experience in Manufacturing or production environmentExperience in report writingAbility to direct, coach, and train others.Consultative, influential, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONSThis position requires sufficient physical ability to work in a typical office setting; driving a motor vehicle and occasionally working in the field.FREQUENT:sitting, upward and downward flexion of neck; fine finger dexterity and light to moderate finger pressure to include extended periods of keyboard and mouse use, side-to-side turning of neck, walking, standing, bending and stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting at waist, moderate wrist torque to twist equipment knobs and dials.OCCASIONAL:squatting, kneeling, reach above and at shoulder height, moderate grasp to manipulate reference books and manuals; lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds from below waist to above shoulders and transporting distances up to 50 feet.VISION:Ability to see in the normal visual range with or without correction.HEARING:Ability to hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.This job description is not intended to contain a comprehensive list of the responsibilities that are required to successfully perform in this position.
