Position Summary: The Recruiter researches, develops, and implements effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for the Health Center. The Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening and assessing applicants for all positions throughout GLFHC. Job Responsibilities and Performance Standards: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate and conduct interviews, check references and extend offers for all positions within the Health Center.
- Thoroughly evaluate candidates and assess qualifications against job requirements as well as their compatibility with the Health Center mission.
- Write job postings, post positions on company website, social media and various job boards.
- Conduct candidate searches and liaise with staffing agencies, as needed.
- Develop, recommend and implement creative recruitment techniques to attract qualified candidates.
- Identify recruitment trends and challenges, report findings to management and propose, develop and execute targeted recruitment plans to address concerns.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand site-specific culture and implement staffing processes to support workforce needs.
- Hand-off qualified candidates to HR Business Partners for interviewing and on-boarding.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the HRIS system.
Qualifications:Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting, preferably in a health care setting.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong professional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite including Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Education
- Associates degree or certificate in office systems, business management, or related field or equivalent work experience.
