The successful candidate is a results-driven, energetic team player with excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Responsibilities
- Finalize and approve resumes
- Conduct mock interviews with students
- Schedule employment interviews for recent and upcoming graduates
- Ensure that all graduates are effectively using the provided resources to obtain interviews
- Make follow-up calls regarding interview outcomes and employment confirmation
- Maintain consistent contact with graduates until employment is successfully secured within their field of study
Requirements
- Associate degree or related work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience using social media platforms
- Must work onsite daily
- Able to work at least one night per week
- Experience with CampusVue - a plus
- Sales or previous staffing/recruitment/career services/coaching experience
- Familiarity with online job searches and tools
