Job Description

Onin Staffing is looking for a Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Lakeland, FL!

Lakeland office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Prior recruiting experience is required.

Pay is based on previous experience.

Job duties will include but not be limited to:

• Source candidates through multiple recruiting platforms

• Screen applicants/candidates

• Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates

• Perform background checks and drug screens

• Maintain relationships with both internal staff and clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

• Communicate policies and procedures as well as a benefits overview during screening process

• Stay informed on policies, federal and state laws regarding employment practices

Work Experience

• Previous recruiting experience is REQUIRED
• Recruiting experience in the Staffing industry is preferred
• Light Industrial recruiting is preferred
