Recruiters will be responsible for matching candidates to our clients' open job opportunities as well as mentoring a team to overall success. This will require building strong relationships and growing networks across multiple sectors as well as building a team environment. Recruiters will be expected to understand and support the recruitment needs of the sales team in order to proactively seek and maintain a well-qualified candidate pool, while offering support to their internal team.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Effectively source candidates using a variety of methods, including social media, job boards, cold calling, data mining, internal database searches and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Organize candidate search process and manage expectations around rates, titles, and client requirements.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews with clients by providing tangible and detailed information that will help to ensure a successful interview process.
  • Effectively on-board and off-board candidates.
  • Provide guidance for employment related issues during candidate's contract assignment.
  • Maintain effective and frequent communication with candidates to develop long term relationships.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of all offers to candidates.
  • Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing, and maintaining suitable candidates
  • Engaging, quick-on your feet, and a self-starter
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of full cycle recruitment
  • Staffing experience within Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Environmental, Maintenance, Facilities, Utilities or Project Controls
  • Prior Lead/Mentor or Management level experience with a track record for developing and cultivating teams: existing teams and/or new teams
  • Organizational & Communication skills for monitoring weekly activity and incentivizing production
  • Experience cultivating candidate pipelines and driving candidate management techniques
  • ATS experience, ideally with Bullhorn

  • Base Salary Range: $50,000-$80,000k
*The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success.
