Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize leads from recruiting platforms to make outbound calls to applicants and proactively search for passive candidates.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to new applicants to qualify them for our home health aide roles.
  • Complete phone screenings, interviews, and compliance requirements prior to onboarding.
  • Coordinate with HR Benefits Administrator on new hires.
  • Enhance new hire retention through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Track and report on employee turnover by reason.
  • Ensure recruiting metrics are met through detailed report tracking.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in a Windows environment.
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Constructively handle diverse personalities.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly, professional, personable, and analytical.
  • 2 years of recruiting experience preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
