Who we are: Paragon Safety Group is a safety and health consulting company. We offer services to companies in construction and manufacturing, with offerings including workplace safety training, consulting, and staffing to help our clients meet their safety goals, decrease risk, and reduce liability. We are headquartered in Raleigh, NC and offer services throughout the Eastern US.

What we need: We are seeking a Recruiter to work from our office in Raleigh, NC to build our network of safety and health professionals across the United States and help place them in temporary safety and health oversight roles. This position will begin as a 90-day Contract with an option for permanent hire at the conclusion of the 90 days.

Job duties of the Recruiter: The primary responsibility of this full-time position is to perform recruiting and onboarding duties for our temporary staffing service. The successful candidate will put an emphasis on building relationships with safety and health professionals, as we work to identify the world's best safety coaches and put them to work where they can protect lives and property.

People with great communication skills, experience working in staffing (especially in the construction industry), and recent graduates with human resources-focused degrees are encouraged to apply.

The Recruiter is tasked with:

• Deliver quality candidates to open job requirements
• Make outbound calls to network and identify new safety professionals
• Conduct candidate interviews in person or via Teams
• Build / Maintain relationships with safety professionals in our network
• Maintain PSG's Applicant Tracking System of safety professionals
• Generate sales leads by information-gathering during the recruiting and interviewing process
• Execute pre-employment and onboarding qualifications such as background checks, drug screens and orientations
• Manage advertisement budgets across hiring platforms
• Act as a recruiter for both temporary and internal hires
• Working collaboratively as an essential part of the Paragon Team
