As a Recruiter for the Gaming team (Xbox) at Microsoft, you will have the distinction of partnering with the studios that make games such as Minecraft, Forza, Gears of War, and Halo, among many others. We are looking for a Recruiter who has in-depth knowledge of the gaming industry, balanced with client management experience, candidate engagement skills, and a passion for recruiting. An ideal candidate for this role will have experience recruiting for AAA Gaming Studios focusing on various genres, platforms, and titles. ResponsibilitiesStakeholder/Client EngagementTalent Acquisition IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80,900 - $162,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $105,300 - $176,900 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
