RemoteVAPH is looking for a dedicated and experienced Recruiter specializing in Healthcare Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing applicants on LinkedIn and exhibit exceptional multitasking skills. Clear English communication is crucial, along with a commitment to working diligently.Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST

Requirements:

• Proficiency in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn
• Experience with Apploi is a plus
• Experience in calling healthcare candidates
• Strong communication skills without a heavy accent

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure clear and professional communication with candidates
• Conduct a high volume of calls daily to potential candidates
• We are looking for a recruiter that is comfortable with cold calling.
