Description - Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, management or related major; or equivalent experience,
- Two years or greater hospital experience preferred .
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with patients, guest, and hospital personnel.
- Ability to work from broad directions and be self motivated. Ability to prioritize workload to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people of various backgrounds throughout the organization.
- Must possess a driver's license valid in the State of AL and have an acceptable driving record
