Job Summary***Onsite***Works with Functional Team Leaders and HR Director to determine hiring requirements. Evaluates and prescreens candidates in a high-volume recruiting environment. Partners with hiring managers to recruit and select qualified candidates.ResponsibilitiesAscertains applicants' qualifications by conducting interviews, tests, and reference checksIdentifies sources of applicants including referrals and develops advertising campaignsWrites and places advertisements and job postingsEnsures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to employmentCoordinates participation in and attending job fairs and handling employment/agency inquiriesPromotes equal opportunity employment by analyzing results of outreach efforts and modifying recruitment efforts based on those resultsCommunicates hiring process to manager and trains hiring managers on ATS and EEO/FCC compliance and monitoring internal compliance with EEO/FCC requirements related to staffingUtilizes applicant tracking system to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files and proper disposition of candidatesImplements diversity recruitment strategies and participate in applicable national recruiting conferencesManages the recruiting lifecycle to include selection, offer and onboarding process Perform other duties as requiredRequired Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional mannerCritical thinking and analytical skillsAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to maintain confidentiality of informationDemonstrated communications skillsKnowledge of recruitment trends and technologiesKnowledge of staffing and employment practicesProficiency with MS OfficeRequired EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsRecruiting/staffing experience +2yrsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred Skills/Abilities and KnowledgePreferred EducationPreferred Related Work Experience and Number of YearsWORKING CONDITIONSOffice environment Travel as requiredPHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTSPhysical RequirementsMental RequirementsEOECharter Communications is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority/Female/Veteran/DisabilityHRC355 2024-40984 2024Here, employees don't just have jobs, they build careers.
