The Fountain Group is currently seeking a
Recruiter for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in
Lincolnshire, IL. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:- Pay: $34.50/hour to start!
- Assignment Length: 10 months with possibility of extension or conversion based on performance & budget.
- Shift: Monday - Friday, Standard Shift, 100% ONSITE.
- Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent in technology, engineering, professional, and other specialized areas.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and industry -specific platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for a dynamic work environment.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure job descriptions and requirements align with organizational goals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities, focusing on hard-to-fill and niche roles.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate records, manage candidate workflows, and report key recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor hiring practices to advise on recruiting strategies.
- Partner with HR and Diversity & Inclusion teams to ensure hiring practices foster an inclusive and equitable workforce.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs, conferences, and university partnerships, to identify and attract high-caliber talent.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining open communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:- HS Diploma/GED REQUIRED.
- 3+ years of overall experience in recruitment, supporting professional type roles, IT, light industrial, engineering such as electrical or related area.
- 1-2 years recent experience with sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, (full lifecycle recruiter).
- Large Corp experience preferred.
