YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:The Corporate Recruiter II supports the entire hiring process from intake and posting to sourcing and offer acceptance, relying on significant input from Talent Acquisition Partners, dedicated Sourcing Specialists, and 3rd party vendors as appropriate. Responsible primarily for low and mid-level job requisitions of basic complexity and criticality to the business. This is a strategic role that requires regular working proximity to, and presence in, the regional office that the role supports.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Meets with Hiring Manager to discuss position and needs, posts job advertisements and schedules interviews as necessary.
Collects and screens resumes from Sourcing Specialist, 3rd Party Providers, and responses to advertisements and submits quality shortlist to Hiring Manager for review. Consults with TAP or Sourcing Specialists as needed.
Works with HR and Compensation and Benefits to determine appropriate compensation parameters for jobs.
Follows up with Hiring Managers, candidates, Comp and Benefits, or HR as necessary to keep processes moving forward.
Supports the offer negotiation process, including facilitating agreement with responsible Business Leaders, compensation, and benefits, and/or HR as necessary and operating withing Rosendin compensation guidelines and business expectations.
Starts offer initiation process by working with Talent Acquisitions Operations and managing Workday approval and documentation processes as necessary.
Extends offer and informs Hiring Manager of status. Follows up with candidate, Hiring Manager, or other parties as necessary to answer questions or resolve issues.
Coordinates handoff of offer accepts to onboarding team.
Uses knowledge of existing pay equity within teams to guide compensation decisions for new hires.
Works closely with Subject Matter Experts to ensure appropriate compensation decisions, approvals, and hires.
Seeks feedback on recruiting effectiveness and adjusts approach accordingly.
Supports, attends, and coordinates recruiting programs to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
Build solid relationships with leadership teams and gains understanding of the business and its needs while serving as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
Handles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality. Interacts with various levels of management, employees, applicants, and vendors.
Applies knowledge of state and federal requirements pertaining to fair and equitable hiring practices.
Maintains applicant records in Workday in line with company policies and government regulations. Retains records in line with company record retention requirements.
Develop and create relationships with recruiting contacts in the community.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:Basic understanding of external labor market conditions.
Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and management.
High level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters and documentation.
Ability to self-start under guidance of SMEs and business leaders.
Basic understanding of compensation concepts including market data, internal equity, and possesses the ability to identify appropriate compensation recommendations within business and candidate expectations and guidelines and under guidance from relevant SMEs.
Basic negotiations skills and ability to leverage resources with relevant SMEs to facilitate offer acceptance.
Ability to assess and interpret resumes to assess candidate fit to organizational needs.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Attention to detail is necessary, analytical skills desired.
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Workday experience a plus.
Basic LinkedIn proficiency
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
Self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
Ability to maintain in-office presence.
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related discipline
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Additional HR certifications a plus (PHR, SHRM-CP)
Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience, preferably in Construction industry.
Experience with Workday and ATS databases a plus.
Can be an equivalent combination of training, education, and relevant work experience.
