About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter Intern to join our team. As a Recruiter Intern, you will be responsible for assisting our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual English - Spanish
- Ability to work 3 to 5 days a week
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Excel

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights

Responsibilities:
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening potential candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed
