The way we work every day is important to us.DOWNLOAD OUR CODE OF CONDUCTPurpose:The Recruiter position is the primary role responsible for all facets of requisition-approval process, needs analysis, sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, and on-boarding for multiple functional areas that include: Distribution, Sales & Marketing, Quality Assurance and Quality Control; Analytical Development, Research & Development, Purchasing, Accounting, MIS, Manufacturing, etc. Strategic, proactive mindset and approach to sourcing and future needs of the business a must. This position requires availability during evenings and weekends as needed to phone-screen and assist candidates. Handles all administrative tasks and applicant tracking, supports Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) maintenance, and supports the immigration documentation process. Participates on the larger HR and Training team as needed in projects, such as employee events, training, compliance, etc. Assists in maintaining updated job descriptions and related cGMP documents. Utilizes self-management and project leadership skills to improve recruiting efficiency, communication with hiring managers and interview teams, and facilitate swift, yet effective, decision-making on hiring needs and decisions.Desired Skills & ExperienceEducation:Significant prior experience in recruiting (sourcing, applicant tracking, behavior-based interviewing, scheduling, etc.).Educational background in a science-related field a plus.Work Experience:Exposure to HR functional areas beyond recruiting, such as Benefits, Compensation, Training, Compliance, HRIS, Payroll, etc. General knowledge of applicable employment laws, including immigration regulations.Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS's), job board-posting, progressive sourcing and recruiting strategies.Experience with SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System strongly preferred.Excellent customer service and teamwork attitude required.Ability to communicate effectively and maintain positive rapport with all types of internal customers-from senior executives to supervisors to manufacturing operators.Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);Pharmaceutical industry and or Healthcare Industry exposure preferred.Typing, ability to multi-task and continually adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment.The ability to balance tactical and strategic priorities that often compete for time and attention.IND123
