Qualified candidates with 1-3+ years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only.Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $55,000 to $60,000 per year. Job Description:
- Assist in design and update job descriptions
- Experienced on the phones and communicating with candidates daily
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Participate in a wide variety of special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
