- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews efficiently.
- Candidate Relationship: Maintain strong candidate relationships, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
- Data Management: Maintain organized candidate records in our system.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the recruitment team to enhance processes.
- Reporting: Generate recruitment metric reports for strategy improvement.
- Must be on-site in Houston with future work-from-home potential
