*This position is full time in office, not hybrid or remote.*

Position Summary:

The Recruiter position is responsible for the entire recruitment process including, posting, screening and onboarding staff by using traditional and innovative sourcing methods both internally and externally. This position is also responsible for new hire check ins, exit interview and Human Resources programs as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures including reporting all accidents, incidents and near-misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value – Safety first, in everything we do.
  • Develop and implement the company's recruitment strategy.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to determine staffing needs.
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, reference/background. checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to achieve of staffing requirements.
  • Communicate benefits and compensation information to candidate during offer of employment.
  • Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as attending college career fairs, on-line job fairs, community networking events, etc.
  • Develop and implement advertising programs in order to ensure high visibility of company and a large volume of potential candidates.
  • Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
  • Follow up with candidates on a periodic basis to a success transition into the company.
  • Hiring and onboarding duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree along with 2-5 years' experience in Recruitment or Staffing.
  • Domestic travel as necessary.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to change direction in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong social media skills with the ability to maintain and initiate social media recruiting campaigns.
