Join our HR Recruitment team to fill positions with quality staff who will make a positive impact on the lives of people with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Review and pre-screen applicants to determine if they meet position requirements.
- Schedule all interviews between applicants and hiring supervisors, track progress and maintain consistent notes in applicant profiles.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Utilize all features of the Phenom CRM to strategically recruit and meet monthly hiring goal of 10 external hires per month.
- Assist in the public relations effort in establishing JNCS as a choice employer.
- Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
- Maintain regular contact with potential future candidates.
- Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition, as approved by HR Recruitment Supervisor.
- Develop working relationships within college and work-source networks to aide in recruiting.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in staff recruitment with strong understanding of the recruitment and staffing process.
- PC skills with sufficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent planning, organizing and project management skills.
- Strong emphasis on customer service, quality and delivering results.
