Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying key talent for our clients by providing recruiting support for our local and national clients. In this role, you will be given access to all the best tools & technology to have an innovative – streamlined, recruiting approach.You will be responsible for screening, interviewing, building talent pipelines, creating targeted candidate marketing strategies, and nurturing candidate relationships. Planning and executing successful recruiting tactics require plenty of collaboration, so we are looking for a team player who is ready to hit the ground running!
Essential Responsibilities:
- Identify key talent for contract, positions with CSI ‘s clients, utilizing all tools & avenues to ensure complete coverage of key jobs.
- Partner with the sales team to learn about the client base serviced.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Build talent pipelines, create targeted candidate marketing strategies, and nurture candidate relationships. This includes but is not limited to the use of existing database candidates, personal network/pipeline, referrals, job boards, creating graphics and other advertisements, and targeted recruiting calls.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensuring high closing ratios with high attention to detail, thorough candidate screening, and constant communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, as well as post-placement.
- Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
- Developing new and effective recruitment/sourcing tactics.
Required Skills and Experience:
- College degree (B.A. / B.S. preferred).
- Entrepreneurial spirit.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a complete focus on quality results/deliverables.

- Strategic thinking, breakthrough thinking, and creative problem-solving skills, showing an ability to overcome obstacles.
- Technical proficiency in MS Outlook, and MS Office, including Word and Excel.
