- The primary job function is recruitment for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
- Recruit new hires, exit interviews, Internal and external tracking of training, transfers and required background checks of employees are completed accurately and timely.
- Answer questions and provide information and assistance to employees on company policies and procedures.
- Back up for the receptionist as needed/required.
- Knowledge in workers compensation, FMLA and ADA is a plus.
- Obtain and Maintain notary public status.
