Position SummaryThis is an exciting position for a seasoned Technical Recruiter looking to take ownership of a number of high priority hires across the Enterprise. This role would suit an individual who has high accountability and who is proactive and curious in nature. Alongside day to day hiring, there are many opportunities to lean into strategic initiatives that help support the evolution of the People team in general.

Essential Functions StatementsThis role has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical DemandsThis is a largely sedentary role; however, some physical abilities may be required.
Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.
Facility Location: Washington DC, Hybrid
TravelTravel requirements are approximately 25%.
