- Manage sourcing, interviewing, and scheduling for a diverse range of roles in both high-tech and commercial sectors.
- Handle a large volume of open requisitions, currently around 50, with expectations to increase.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings and gather role requirements.
- Utilize Oracle and Excel for candidate tracking and requisition management.
- Professionally represent the company, effectively communicating its values and benefits to candidates.
- Recruit across multiple states (OR, WA, CA, AZ) and occasionally internationally (Israel).
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with nationwide reach.
- Strong skills in interacting with hiring managers and running intake meetings.
- Construction industry background is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Oracle and Excel.
- Ability to represent the company positively and convey its value proposition.
- Eagerness to learn, mentor, and advance within the organization.
Additional Information:
- For local candidates: Position is 100% onsite in downtown Portland. Note that parking is not covered, but transportation benefits are available.
- For remote candidates: Flexible working hours based on your time zone within the U.S.
