Job Summary:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for developing talent? As a Talent Development Specialist (TDS) at AEBetancourt, you wont just be another recruiteryou'll be a leader and a key player in our growth strategy. Within 3-6 months, youll be leading five or more active searches, ensuring each one aligns with our commitment to excellence. This role is about more than just ticking off tasks; its about embodying our company values, driving collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of whats possible in talent development.

What Youll Do:

• Recruiting Mastery: You'll dive deep into our Perfect Fit processsourcing, interviewing, and managing the entire recruiting lifecycle. Your goal? Secure hires that make a difference.
• Consultative Partner: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions that ensure repeat business. Your industry insight will make you a trusted advisor.
• AEB Culture Champion: You'll be the face of our company, nurturing client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to a culture of learning and innovation. Ring the gong, celebrate wins, and always represent AEBetancourt with pride.

What You Bring:

• Skills: Exceptional communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a knack for organization and detail. You're a pro at time management and can prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience: A Bachelors Degree with 3-5 years of recruiting or related experience. LinkedIn mastery is a plus!
