Location: Seattle, WA (5-days/week onsite)

Duration: 4-month contract, potential for extension/conversion

Job Summary:

An employer is looking for a Recruiter to sit in Seattle, WA. Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 1-2 years of experience in the recruitment field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience within Recruiting
• Familiarity with ATS systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with university recruiting
• Experience with recruiting in CAN
