Renuity Home Improvement is hiring a Recruiter in Appleton, WI. The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruiting and exhibit a high sense of urgency, dedication, and the ability to focus and consistently deliver results to meet their goals.

What you will be doing:
- Partner with Hiring Managers to build rapport, gain a complete understanding of their roles, set expectations, and deliver results according to your set goals
- Manage and deliver hiring needs in a high-volume recruitment process
- Source and communicate with potential candidates through the online company career portal, assigned job boards, and various social platforms
- Evaluate applications and resumes to screen candidates via calls and video conferencing in Microsoft Teams
- Follow process and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Create and submit offer letters when needed
- Maintain daily and weekly reporting responsibilities, and other administration functions
- Maintain regular contact and communication with candidates via calls, emails, and texts throughout the interview and onboarding process
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Confident, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be tech savvy and familiar with Windows-based programs/applications
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects in an agile environment
- Ability to adapt, think outside the box, problem solve and willingness to learn and grow
