We are seeking a team oriented, highly motivated individual to join our recruiting team. This is an in office 5 days a week position in our beautiful office across from the Westfield UTC mall. It is not a hybrid or remote role.

Our mindset is all about development, progress and growth. In this role you will learn the recruiting process to hire contingent contract employees for our top clients in California. You will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and permanent positions across various industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, job specifications, and company culture to provide the best talent solutions.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Use a variety of methods (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and databases) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Job Placement: Match candidates with appropriate positions based on skills, experience, and job requirements. Ensure the best fit between candidates and clients.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to foster loyalty and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations regarding job offers, salary expectations, and other employment terms between candidates and clients.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in the ATS, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding procedures, including background checks, paperwork, and initial candidate/client communication.
  • Market Insights: Stay up to date on staffing trends, industry developments, and local labor markets to advise clients and candidates on current conditions.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, placement success rate, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience:
  • Open to candidates with work experience in retail, hospitality, or athletics and / or recruiters with experience in a staffing or agency environment

  • Skills:
  • Strong sourcing skills experience using job boards, social media platforms, and direct recruiting methods.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
