We are seeking a Recruiter for our Warren, MI headquarters focused on recruiting for Class A CDL Drivers, Switchers, and Freight Handlers for Central Transport. We are seeking an entry level, aggressive, forward thinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Full life cycle of recruiting and staffing on a regional basis for Class A CDL Drivers, Switchers, Freight Handlers
Sourcing to screening and reviewing applications, tracking applicants and the final interviews
Internal Data Maintenance utilizing the companys HRIS system and Microsoft Access
Daily administrative functions as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelors Degree in the business, human resources, management, operations or transportation field
High aptitude for technology, strong skill sets with Microsoft applications
Strong detail orientation and self-motivation
Must possess effective communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work in an ever-changing environment.
