Pay: $48k/yr to $58k/yr + uncapped commission

Experience: Related selling/recruiting experience desired

Education: High school diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

HH Staffing is seeking a Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Interview prospective candidates to evaluate potential and quality

Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM (or other similar database)

Conduct a high volume of selling aligned with business plans

Formally present, pitch, and propose products and services to clients as solutions to established problems

Conduct post-close administrative procedures

Elicit confidence from prospects and leads

Position Requirements:

Must be bilingual in Spanish

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Aptitude for identifying and finding solutions to challenges

Possess high attention to detail
