What You'll Be Doing:
- Crafting and rolling out effective recruitment strategies to attract top-notch candidates.
- Handling the full recruitment process – from posting jobs to screening resumes, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Teaming up with department heads to understand their staffing needs.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of awesome candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Conducting reference checks and background verifications.
- Ensuring every candidate has a great experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Keeping up with the latest industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters and HR professionals.
- Overseeing the onboarding process, making sure new hires have a smooth start.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Hiring Manager or similar role, especially in the digital media or e-commerce industry.
- A solid grasp of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Top-notch organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
