Midway Staffing is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team!
The Staffing Coordinator partners with Midway Staffing's branch personnel to support our client and branch operations. You will assist the branch in maximizing recruiting efficiency and daily operations.

Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain daily communication and relationships with the Midway Staffing team, as well as the respective client(s).
- Place and update job postings through various channels including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards, and staffing partners.
- Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, and candidate interviews, and recommend the final selection of applicants and closely qualified candidates.
- Arrange pre-employment testing, and background & reference screenings when required.
- Attends and participates in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events.
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
Qualifications/Skills Needed to Succeed:
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish Required.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- High School Diploma or GED, required.
