Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Temporary Recruiter to join our team in Brentwood, NY. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of high-volume, entry-level hiring. This role is crucial in managing the recruitment process and ensuring that we attract and hire top talent efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume, entry-level positions. This includes job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.Communication: Effectively communicate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process.Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, maintain a pipeline of candidates, and ensure timely follow-up.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years of recruitment experience, particularly in high-volume, entry-level hiring.Software Knowledge: Experience with UKG is a huge plus, but not required.Availability: Ability to start ASAP.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both hiring managers and candidates.Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
