Position Focus: As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the recruiter partners with hiring managers in designated client groups to analyze staffing needs and develop appropriate staffing plans. Lead full cycle recruitment of managerial and professional and/or administrative and technical positions to ensure quality hiring decisions are made in a timely manner. Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process, sourcing, screening, and recommending talent.
Essential Duties:
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and three years of professional human resources experience or an equivalent education or experience in a related field.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills: Corporate Recruiting and/or Executive Search Firm experience. Experience with succession planning or headcount planning exercises.
Preferred Licenses or Certifications: PHR, SPHR or GPHR; Diversity Recruitment Certification.
