Qualifications
  • Bilingual Requirement: English and Spanish written and verbal communication
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily
  • Three (3) years of direct sourcing experience required
  • Strong candidate sourcing and social media research skills; ability to stay current on trends and emerging technologies
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Demonstrated proficiency using ClearCompany Applicant Tracking System (other ATS system knowledge will be considered)
  • Ability to create and market hiring campaigns and external advertisements
  • Familiarity with Fair Hiring practices, EEOC, OSHA, and state, federal (OFCCP) and local employment laws, and regulations
  • Possess a wide range of experience on current recruiting best practices and market trends
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting at all levels of an organization from entry to senior level positions
  • Demonstrated computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Human Resources Information Systems) and Validated Testing Software
  • Hands-on experience using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience with personnel files, background checks, and employment reference checks
  • Ability to cultivate and build relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 20 pounds
  • Rarely twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl
Responsibilities
  • Sources, pre-screens, and interviews candidates
  • Develops and maintains a pipeline of candidates using the Applicant Tracking System and sources top talent through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, job postings, and recruitment events
  • Assists with reference checks and other hiring assessment tools as needed
  • Organizes and attends staffing related activities and recruitment events
  • Assists job postings on the career site and ensures all jobs are displayed in a consistent format
  • Supports the employee referral program process
  • Coordinates the preparation of hiring and recruitment statistics and analytic reports, as required
  • Supports Director, Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with management of delegated tasks as needed
  • Collaborates with other HR personnel as needed
  • Performs other assignments as required
