Entry-Level Recruiter

Location: New York, NY (Midtown East-Murray Hill)

Position Overview: We are seeking an Entry-Level recruiter with strong interpersonal skills to join our on-site team in Midtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate will be driven, proactive, and passionate about connecting candidates with our clients' open positions.

Location: NYC Midtown - In office position

Salary - 55K + Commission (no cap)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and screen potential candidates who meet company standards.
  • Inform applicants about our operations, employment opportunities, and benefits.
  • Utilize search engines and social media platforms to generate leads.
  • Develop recruiting and referral programs.
  • Handle and coordinate with clients and applicants.

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter, comfortable with making high volume candidate calls.
  • Sharp communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
  • Recruiting experience is a plus!
  • Spanish bilingual is a plus!

the ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
